1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MotionAILabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

MotionAILabs provides AI-powered tools designed to assist video editors with audio transcription, caption generation, and Premiere Pro workflow automation.

2. Eligibility

To use MotionAILabs, you must be at least 16 years old.

By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Access to MotionAILabs requires a user account.

Users may create an account using Google Login.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

MotionAILabs operates on a monthly subscription model.

Current plans include:

• Basic Plan – INR 299/month
• Pro Plan – INR 999/month
• Agency Plan – INR 2599/month

Each plan provides a specific monthly limit of AI transcription minutes and platform features.

Unused transcription minutes do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay and may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or other supported payment methods.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MotionAILabs to charge your selected payment method according to the chosen plan.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

6. User Content

Users may upload audio, video, fonts, or other assets for processing through MotionAILabs.

Ownership

Users retain full ownership of their uploaded content.

MotionAILabs does not claim ownership over user-uploaded files.

Data Storage

Audio files uploaded for transcription are automatically deleted from our servers within a maximum of 3 days after processing.

Fonts uploaded by users remain stored on our servers until the user manually deletes them.

7. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

MotionAILabs uses artificial intelligence to generate transcriptions and captions.

AI-generated results may not always be 100% accurate.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated captions or transcripts before using them in professional or public content.

MotionAILabs takes no responsibility for errors, inaccuracies, or editing outcomes resulting from AI-generated output.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use MotionAILabs for:

• Illegal or unlawful activities
• Uploading malicious files or malware
• Abusing the platform through excessive usage or automated misuse
• Violating intellectual property rights

MotionAILabs reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Service Availability

MotionAILabs strives to provide reliable service.

However, the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

MotionAILabs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

MotionAILabs is provided "as is" and "as available."

MotionAILabs is not responsible for any losses, damages, editing errors, or business interruptions that may occur from using the service.

Users assume full responsibility for how the generated content is used.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

MotionAILabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Abuse the platform
• Attempt excessive or abnormal usage
• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activities

12. Changes to the Service

MotionAILabs may modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
