Audio Processing Data

Audio files uploaded for transcription are temporarily stored for processing purposes.

These files are automatically deleted from our servers within a maximum of 3 days after processing.

Fonts

Fonts uploaded by users may remain stored on our servers until the user manually deletes them.

Payment Information

Payments for MotionAILabs subscriptions are processed through Razorpay.

MotionAILabs does not store credit card numbers, debit card details, or UPI credentials.

Payment information is handled securely by Razorpay according to their privacy and security standards.

3. How We Use Information

MotionAILabs uses collected information to:

• Provide AI transcription and caption generation services
• Process user requests and uploaded media
• Manage subscriptions and payments
• Improve platform performance and features
• Provide customer support

4. Data Retention

MotionAILabs stores data only as long as necessary to provide services.

Retention rules include:

• Audio files: deleted automatically within a maximum of 3 days after processing
• Fonts: stored until the user deletes them
• Account information: stored while the account remains active

Users may request account deletion at any time.

MotionAILabs takes reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security. Users use the platform at their own risk.

• Google - user authentication
• Razorpay - payment processing

7. AI Processing

MotionAILabs uses artificial intelligence systems to process uploaded audio and generate captions or transcripts.

While we aim to provide high-quality results, AI-generated outputs may not always be fully accurate.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated captions or transcripts.

8. Children's Privacy

MotionAILabs services are intended for users 16 years or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
