At MotionAILabs, we strive to provide reliable AI-powered tools for video editors and creators. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions purchased through our platform.

By purchasing a subscription to MotionAILabs, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Subscription Plans

MotionAILabs operates on a monthly subscription model with the following plans:

• Basic Plan — INR 299/month — Includes up to 30 minutes of AI transcription per month
• Pro Plan — INR 999/month — Includes up to 100 minutes of AI transcription per month
• Agency Plan — INR 2599/month — Includes up to 300 minutes of AI transcription per month

Unused transcription minutes do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

MotionAILabs generally operates under a no-refund policy.

However, a refund may be granted under the following condition:

• The refund request is submitted within 3 days of the initial purchase, and
• No service usage has occurred.

Service usage includes, but is not limited to:

• AI transcription processing
• Caption generation
• Video rendering
• Exporting captions
• Any form of processing through the platform

If any usage of the service is detected, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

4. Subscription Renewal Refunds

If a subscription automatically renews, a refund may be requested if:

• The request is made within 3 days of the renewal charge, and
• No usage of the service has occurred during the new billing cycle.

If the service has been used after renewal, the renewal payment becomes non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• The service has already been used
• Partial usage of transcription minutes
• Change of mind after purchase
• User misunderstanding of product features
• Failure to cancel the subscription before renewal
• Violation of MotionAILabs Terms of Service

6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

MotionAILabs reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, excessive usage, fraudulent activity, or violation of platform terms.

Accounts found attempting to exploit refund policies may be restricted or terminated.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact our support team via email.

Your request must include:

• Account email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request

Our team will review the request and determine eligibility according to this policy.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Policy Changes

MotionAILabs reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
